To improve your weight / power ratio, reduce impact on joints or knees, and increase your energy level, you have to reach a healthy weight first.

That’s why we focus on coaching “nutrition” to reach your healthy weight.

To manage your weight down, you may have tried diets or even supplement & vitamins. The truth is none of them work, so don’t let these limit your potential!

Our approach is based on a personalised Nutritional Plan combined with Coaching.

Together, we will create a balance between what you eat and when you eat it.

We also take into account lifestyle, training and recovery as part of the approach to help reducing inflammation risks and injuries.

This is where our coaching enables you to focus on the goals, identify what works well for you, and provide tools to reach your ideal weight target.

We designed in collaboration with Destination Sport Experiences a specific package of 3 sessions that you can book over a period 4 weeks. This should give you enough momentum to experience weight loss and feel energy level improvement.

During that period, you will received 3 one to one coaching sessions of 30 mins with personalised nutritional advice to fit your objectives.
